How to Instantly Feel and Look Thinner!

Why bother trying to feel and look thinner? Why not just take action to become thinner?

Have you ever heard the saying, “fake it ’til you make it”? It’s a very effective strategy for change. If you want to change your weight so that you’re thinner, feeling and looking thinner require making thinner actions. Thinner actions change your weight from more to less.

Forget about buying skinny pills. Just follow these 5 steps!

1. Wear clothes that fit. 

It’s a big mistake to think that wearing baggy clothes makes you look thinner. Big clothes add bulk. You’ll look heavier than you really are. It’s a mistake to think that you look thinner if you can button and zip smaller sizes. When clothes are tight, there’s gaps between the buttons, and the waistband looks like it’s cutting you into two, you do not look thinner.

2. Avoid pleats, especially across the belly.

Pleated pink pants! These are not a good way to camouflage belly fat! These are best left for models (or even better - forgotten forever!)

Pleats in pants and skirts will give your belly more room and they’ll also make your belly look twice as big.

Your mother gave you good advice. Good posture affects your breathing, concentration and thinking ability, future health and especially your image. You will instantly look smarter and thinner when you maintain good posture. Slouching makes your belly fat look bigger, standing up straight makes your belly look flatter.

4. Eat slowly to recognize fullness sooner.

If you habitually eat too much at meals because you eat too fast you will feel bloated. Eating slowly helps you recognize fullness or satiety sooner. Stop when you feel full instead of stuffed and you’ll walk away from the table feeling thinner after meals.

5. Sit less; get up often. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Sitting too much or for too long is now recognized as a major threat to your health. Standing and/or walking will make you feel and look thinner than sitting and it’s better for you too!

Make these 5 actions habits and you will go from feeling and looking thinner to actually becoming thinner!
